- I am a Fulbright grantee for 2010/11 in Tuvalu, a small nation in the South Pacific working on a photo documentary project entitled “Living in the Shadow of Climate Change: Documenting Tuvalu’s Uncertain Future.” The project aims to look at the implications for, and everyday life of communities and families of a nation that is predicted to be unlivable in 50 years due to rising sea levels caused by climate change.

Amelia, so excited about your adventure!!! It already looks awe-inspiring! Please keep me updated on what you learn through the experience. Will you only post pictures or will you add some text that describes some of the experiences linked with each photo. You know me, I always want the back story! I am so pleased that i was able to work with such a talented person while you were at OU. Be well and appreciate ALL o fthe lovely moments that you are having.
